Katy Hayes

Katy grew up in Clinton, Louisiana and graduated high school from Silliman Institute. She attended Louisiana State University, graduating with a degree in Business Management in 2008. After graduation Katy returned to her alma mater, Silliman Institute, as a high school business/computer teacher for a year and a half before becoming their Business Manager for six years.
In May 2017, alongside her husband Dr. Chris Hayes, Simply Southern Animal Hospital was opened. Katy is a member of Plains Presbyterian Church in Zachary, Louisiana, along with her husband Chris. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, and traveling. Katy and Chris have one son named Mills and a daughter Adalynn. They have 2 dogs, yellow lab named Copper, and a rescue healer mix named Blue.
